Alternative Dispute Resolution
Law No. 144/2015, of September 8 (RAL Law), creates the Consumer Arbitration Network, which includes consumer dispute arbitration centers (CACC) authorized to pursue information, mediation, conciliation and arbitration activities in these disputes.
In the event of a consumer dispute of low economic value, under the terms provided by law, the consumer may expressly opt to resort to the following Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entities:
